The sofa is constructed using high-density 32D polyurethane foam, providing a balanced combination of support and comfort. With a hardness of 173N and high resilience properties, the foam ensures that the sofa maintains its shape even after long-term compression and repeated use. It is neither too soft nor too firm, making it suitable for extended sitting, working, reading, or occasional sleeping.
To ensure durability, the upholstery fabric has been tested according to international standards. The fabric offers tensile strength of warp 1600N and weft 1200N, along with tear strength of warp 160N and weft 120N. In addition, it demonstrates excellent abrasion resistance with over 40,000 Martindale cycles, as well as strong pilling resistance (Grade 4 at 3000–5000 cycles). The material is skin-friendly, colorfast (Grade 4–5), and free from formaldehyde, making it suitable for high-frequency daily use, including households with pets.
