he sofa is constructed using high-density 32D polyurethane foam, which provides reliable support and resilience. With a foam hardness of 173N, the structure maintains comfortable support and shape retention during daily use, ensuring a stable and relaxing seating experience.
To ensure durability, the upholstery fabric has been tested according to international standards. The fabric offers tensile strength of warp 1600N and weft 1200N, along with tear strength of warp 160N and weft 120N. In addition, the fabric demonstrates excellent abrasion resistance with over 40,000 Martindale cycles, making it suitable for long-term use in residential and commercial environments.
The Hinge Lounge provides two functional configurations: a compact single-seat armchair measuring 100 × 100 × 60 cm and an extended chaise lounge measuring 200 × 100 × 30 cm when combined with the oval footrest. This multifunctional design allows distributors and retailers to offer flexible seating solutions for different space requirements while maintaining efficient transportation advantages through compression packaging.

Yes. Depending on Popupsofa’s manufacturing process, technology and material selection, each product can be customized to suit the customer’s requirements and/or tastes.
However, some products may have limitations in terms of design, material and/or size. This means that each customization request must be analyzed by our technical team. We will do our best to match finishes and/or textures, but do not guarantee they will be identical.
For orders containing customer fabric or leather, our production will not begin until Popupsofa has received and confirmed the product material. Production dates for customer fabric orders begin after all materials have arrived and been approved.
