Popup Sofa was founded in 2023 as a compressed sofa brand operated by Popup Home Innovation Co., Ltd. The brand was created by four passionate and innovative entrepreneurs who shared a common goal: to rethink how sofas could better fit the needs of modern living, from comfort and design to packaging and transportation.

Though we are a young brand, our roots in furniture run deep. One of our founding partners comes from traditional furniture manufacturing with nearly 20 years of experience. It was this heritage — combined with a fresh perspective on modern living — that inspired us to evolve from a traditional furniture factory into a company dedicated to innovation. We didn’t just want to make furniture. We wanted to reimagine it.

That belief led us to create something the industry had never seen before: a full-size sofa that ships in a compact box and expands to its original form in seconds. No tools, no assembly, no hassle.

As a pioneer and leader of compressed sofas in China, we manage the entire production chain in-house — from high-density foam molding, cutting and shaping, fabric tailoring, sofa upholstery, all the way through to vacuum compression, roll-packing, and boxing. This full-chain control allows us to deliver exceptional quality while offering flexible cost solutions tailored to each client’s needs and market.
