QUOTATION & ORDERING
How can I get your latest catalog and price list?
Please contact our sales team for the latest product catalog and quotation. Pricing depends on the product model, quantity, customization, shipping terms, and destination, so we normally prepare quotations based on your specific requirements.
What information is needed for a quotation?
To prepare an accurate quotation, please provide the product model or reference image, required quantity, customization requirements, and delivery city and country. If available, you can also tell us your target market and preferred shipping terms.
What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ for B2B orders is 30 pieces, and mixed models are allowed. However, we can also support smaller trial orders, including 1–2 pieces, especially for customers who are testing the market or starting a new furniture business. Please note that the unit cost, particularly shipping cost, is usually higher for orders below 30 pieces.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is generally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Final terms may vary depending on the order and project requirements.
SAMPLES & PRODUCTION
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for product, comfort, material, fabric, workmanship, and recovery testing before bulk production.
How much does a sample cost and how long does it take?
Sample price and lead time depend on the selected model, materials, customization requirements, and shipping destination. Please contact our sales team for a model-specific sample quotation and estimated delivery time..
What is your typical production lead time?
For full-container orders, the typical lead time is within about 10 days, depending on the product model and production schedule. For samples or small orders, the typical lead time is around 1 week.
Do you support long-term and repeat orders?
Yes. Popup Sofa supports long-term cooperation with furniture brands, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce sellers. Production planning can be arranged according to repeat-order volume and market requirements.
OEM, ODM & PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION
Do you support OEM, ODM and private-label orders?
Yes. We support OEM, ODM, private-label, and wholesale projects for furniture brands, distributors, retailers, and other business customers.
What can be customized?
Depending on the product model, customization can include size, fabric, color, foam, logo, labels, carton, packaging, and other product details.
Can I use my own fabric or ask you to source a similar fabric?
Yes. Customer-supplied fabrics can be reviewed for production, and we can also evaluate fabric references or samples to source similar materials in China. Final feasibility depends on the fabric properties and compression requirements.
Can you manufacture products based on my own drawings or design?
Yes. Our team can review reference images, drawings, dimensions, material requirements, CAD files, 3D models, or other technical specifications and evaluate the feasibility of custom production.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & PACKAGING
What product and packaging specifications can you provide?
Product dimensions, compressed carton dimensions, net weight, gross weight, and other available specifications can be provided according to the selected model.
What foam, fabric and material specifications are available?
Foam density, fabric options, material specifications, and available colors can be provided according to the product model.
How many sofas fit in a 20GP or 40HQ container?
Yes. Customer-supplied fabrics can be reviewed for production, and we can also evaluate fabric references or samples to source similar materials in China. Final feasibility depends on the fabric properties and compression requirements.
SHIPPING & DROP SHIPPING
Do you offer international shipping or DDP delivery?
Yes. We can assist with international shipping according to the destination, quantity, and shipping method. DDP availability depends on the destination and order details, so please confirm the delivery country and city with our sales team.
Do you support dropshipping or one-piece delivery directly to customers?
Yes, for eligible products and destinations. We can discuss direct-to-customer delivery, neutral packaging, branded packaging, and other dropshipping requirements based on the destination and order volume.

What certificates and test reports are available?
